At StoryArk, we take your family's privacy seriously. Because we store your data locally on your device or securely via our subscription provider, you have full control over your information.
How to Delete Your Data
1. In-App Reset
You can instantly delete all local data (including your child's name, age, reading progress, and earned badges) by opening StoryArk, going to Parents' Quarters (Settings), and selecting “Reset App Data.” This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. Subscription Data
If you have an active subscription and wish to delete your purchase history record from our systems, please email us at hello@storyark.co with your request.
3. Account Data
As StoryArk does not currently require a traditional user account (username/password), there is no account-level data to delete beyond the steps mentioned above.
Data We Delete
- Child's first name and age
- All reading history and “Continue Reading” markers
- All collected stickers and Passport progress
- Personal preferences selected during onboarding
