1. Use of the App
StoryArk is a mobile application developed and operated by Wetals Ltd. The app delivers beautifully illustrated Bible stories for children aged 3–8. The app includes a free story, with additional stories available through a paid subscription.
You may only use the app for its intended purpose. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass subscription requirements or manipulate app features, is prohibited.
2. No Account Required for Basic Use
You are not required to create an account to read the free story or explore the app. If you choose to create an account, your profile and reading progress data will be stored securely to enable syncing across devices.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The app is free to download. A paid subscription is required to access the full story library beyond the free story. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Subscription details, including pricing and billing frequency, are displayed within the app prior to purchase. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
4. Children's Use
StoryArk is designed for children aged 3–8 to use with parental involvement. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the app. Certain features, including settings and account management, are protected behind a parent gate.
5. Content
All stories, illustrations, and written content within StoryArk are original works created for the app. The stories are creative retellings of Bible narratives intended for children and are designed for inspirational and educational use. They are not a substitute for professional theological guidance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in StoryArk — including stories, illustrations, characters, designs, and the StoryArk brand — is owned by Wetals Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content within the app without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to support the app experience:
- Apple App Store — for app distribution and subscription management
- Authentication provider — for secure account sign-in
- Cloud hosting — for data storage and content delivery
No personally identifiable information is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
8. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful or unintended purposes
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent its features
- Exploit bugs or errors in the app
- Reproduce or redistribute any content from the app
We reserve the right to restrict access if the app is used in ways that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of StoryArk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app.
